BMT 2021 and Post BMT 2021, Online (December 2021)

BMT or Business Management Training is SfK's online training program. It runs for 16 weeks. We have been holding this training from 2020 every year for Korean participants.

The 2021 training program Korean track started in August and ended in December. While I was traveling, this training program had to continue to be run. 

Not all participants were able to complete the program, but on and off many people have participated in learning from the lecturers and the peers alike. Congratulations to those who received the Certificates of Completion!

Also in December, SfK's monthly-held Post BMT sessions ended. The Post BMT participants were graduates of BMT 2020 and their bonding was strong. We all learned from each other and received encouragement from each other.

After the 2021  BMT and Post BMT sessions were over, Sungsoo and I invited BJ Kim and Caleb Yoo from the 2020 graduates and Soonjib Baik and Bonggil Chung from the 2021 graduates to serve in 2022. They graciously accepted our invitation and we have formed BMT 2022 Steering Committee.
