After we visited with the Alex family, we drove to Trincomalee, a resort town located in the northeastern region of Sri Lanka.
The entrance was quite impressive with an open bay area. On the way to the town, we saw a lot of guest houses, indicating that it is a popular tourist destination.
After driving for a while, we reached our hotel, the best of all lodging we have had. It was a resort-quality hotel by the seashore.
We went out to a restaurant by the beach and had a wonderful time of fellowship. The name of the restaurant was That's Why Restaurant and Accommodation. What an intriguing name! The manager said that it is owned by a Saudi Arabian who comes once in a while.
