Meeting People, Delhi (II), India (August 2025)

Additionally, in Delhi, I had the opportunity to meet with people. One of them was visiting a Christian family and shared a meal. The owner was running a garment manufacturing business in the same building where they were living. His brother was also living nearby and participating in the business operations. Their hospitality was warm and appreciated. (Above)

Another was a female pastor who was married to an Indian man and runs an acupuncture clinic. Ms. J. Kim signed up for SfK BMT 2025 and is participating in the training program. She has been demonstrating a great zeal to learn.

But, the primary reason for my visit to Delhi was Lehem Cafe Bakery run by Mary You and her husband, Robinson. Since Mary participated in the BMT 2024, she has implemented many actions as her learning progressed. She has an amazing passion for learning and putting her knowledge into practice. She cannot meet all the demand at this time. A good issue to have. I advised them to buy additional oven to increase the production capacity.

We also met two new people. One of them was Kyung S. Lee, who used to work as a Coordinator at IBA in Korea. He knew me, and we exchanged good thoughts. The other was Kyung Ah Lee, who is operating a new business to provide services for the convention participants.  We had a good meeting over lunch.

We met a couple who were operating a cafe called Doma Cafe. They had some undisclosed problems inherited from the previous owner, but have been taking care of them without losing their joy. They looked very peaceful as well as joyful. I thanked God for them. Because of our visit, Doma Cafe became a distributor of Lehem Bakery's products. We had lunch here, and Mr. Hee Wan Kim paid for the bill. He also signed up for the BMT 2025.

I recalled a businessman with whom I exchanged messages several times. Seung C. Ha. I did not have his contact information, but Mary found that out, and we were able to pay a visit. He was running a business promotion office for Chungbuk, one of Korea's provinces, with four staff. Also, he was running an ink business where four people were working. In addition, he was running a school and a church. He has a good understanding of BAM. He has been practicing many BAM principles already. I thanked God for him.

Mary introduced me to another Korean businessman, namely John Park. I was told that he came to visit when he was single and promised to return. After 15 years or so, he kept his promise and returned to Delhi as a representative of a Korean company, with his family. What a promisekeeper he is!

Later, we paid a visit to HOI, the convention service provider, run by K A Lee. JH Kim was helping her out, but they needed to overcome the start-up phase to cross the death valley. I prayed for God's mercy on them.

My five-day visit to Delhi was rather short, but it was a great opportunity to meet new people and to identify several opportunities to serve. We will see what the Lord has in store. - Jeffrey
