Mazatlan, Mexico - El Cid Resort (November 2025)

After we spent time in Puebla, we traveled to Mazatlan. For the first week, we stayed at Granada and ended up buying an additional 200,000 points to secure an all-inclusive benefit for the 11th to 20th years of our rights to use the El Cid properties.

It has been a while since we started coming to Mazatlan, and we have come to like this city. El Cid's ambiance and food were all good.

There were two ladies who caused us to buy an additional 200,000 points. One was Laura, who pleasantly persuaded us to sit in the sales presentation, and the other was Susanna, who convinced us to buy more points. Susanna has been living in Mazatlan for more than 40 years.

Outside El Cid, we invited Osacar and his wife, Esabel, to dinner at Los Arcos. The food was fantastic and our time was delightful. Oscar has been very helpful in accommodating our needs with El Cid.

After staying at Granada, we moved to El Cid Marina, which is a much better resort than Granada.

We had our final dinner at La Concha. The food was excellent as usual, with the gorgeous sunset view. We gave thanks to God who has allowed us to enjoy these attractions.

We were supposed to stay longer, but had to shorten the stay because we had to travel to Oakland, California, to give our hands to Joyce, who gave birth to a new baby, Avery, our fourth grandchild. - Jeffrey
